UK Athletics Statement

Despite recent speculation regarding the post of Chairman of UK Athletics, the board can confirm that, to date, no-one has been invited to take up the role. There is a proper process in place and an advertisement for the position will go out in early October.

The board of UK Athletics accepts that speculation surrounding the role is inevitable; however it does not reflect the recruitment process that is currently underway.
