Important changes to the certification process as well as new intiatives to improve safety in athletics will be outlined to delegates as well as a presentation from Brian Cotterill, Manager of the Stadium of the Year 2005 will be amongst the topics covered as well as the opportunity to learn from each others' experiences in operating facilities.
