Born in Kenya, Anne is an accomplished athlete who fills the rest of her time as a mother and as a UN Goodwill Ambassador on Disability and Development, including campaigning for the UN Charter on Human Rights for Disabled people.

She represented Kenya prior to coming to Great Britain and reached the 400m final in Athens – she moved to London in 2000 to live with her British husband.

She gained a B Ed Degree and was once a recording artist back in Kenya, has worked as a model, and one of her sporting heroes is Ronaldhino.
