UKA has developed in conjunction with the English Institute of Sport (EIS), four High Performance Centres (HiPAC’s) which are fast developing as centres of excellence at which coaches, physiotherapists, doctors and sports science staff work collaboratively to support and develop the ‘athlete coach pair’. The centres currently support over 70% of funded athletes.
The Directors will provide strong leadership to ensure the best training environment, whilst working with the EIS to ensure the best staff and facilities are available at each centre. The Directors are:
