Reporting and Assessment

Below are links to various Report Forms Documents and the Starter Recommendation Letter Application.

 

The Assessment Working Party met in October 2007 to review/update the assessment materials.  It would be fair to say that last year had been a 'mess' as regards to the correct/up to date paperwork getting to officials - but the finger of blame is not pointed at any individual.

 

Each discipline now has a specific file containing all relevant documents/criteria/forms needed by the Chief/Referee.  These are available below.

 

If you are appointed as Chief or Referee you should get, along with event information, a discipline specific file as an attachment, from UKA, with all the documentation required for reporting on and assessing the members of your team.  THIS MUST BE RETURNED TWO WEEKS AFTER THE MEETING.

I will however, be unable to discuss any issues relating to Grades received etc- that is between the individuals and their Chief/Referee at the meeting.
