Prize Money
Will be paid to each of the athletes in the first three teams in each Semi-Final and Final.
Each athlete will receive the following:
Semi Finals
1st Team £30
2nd Team £25
3rd Team £20
Final
1st Team £60
2nd Team £45
3rd Team £30
The payments will be made directly by UK Athletics and will be paid by cheque, as much as possible, within a week of the event.
Bonus Prizes
Will also be awarded during the course of the Semi-Finals and Final and will consist of the following:
Warm Weather Training. Provided by WGT Sport Ltd.
Awarded to a Male and Female athlete and based on their performances during the series. It will be for themselves and one other person (coach, training partner etc). This will be at a Warm Weather Training centre and include flights, accommodation and all meals etc.
This prize will be awarded to the athletes who best reflect the spirit of the series. This will be decided by a panel of judges and based on the following criteria:
Performance at Semi’s and Final
Support for their City, Team mates, Team Management and Event
Above and beyond the call of duty for the Team
Prizes to be awarded at the end of the Final:
Adidas Trainers (worth £75 each) 6 pairs available per semi-final and final.
Most notable performance per competition per team. This maybe a vast improvement of their PB or an athlete who competes far beyond their anticipated performance.
Letter and kit form to be awarded to athlete at the end of each competition. Team Managers will be consulted by the Event Management on their opinions as to the recipient.
Adidas Kit Packages (worth £500 each)
Best Male and Female Performance per Semi-Final and Final.
Based on performance and decided by the Event Management.
