In order to compete in the Indoor City Challenge 2008 you must be a Senior or U20 athlete. Then just follow the order below.
Step 1
Check which team you can compete for from the eligibility section and the definition of teams in the Competition Outline section.
Step 2
Check the timetable to see if your event is being competed in.
Step 3
Look at the dates and as much as possible ensure that you are able to compete for your City team for the Semi-Final and Final at Sheffield.
Step 4
Look at all the details relating to the event mentioned on this website.
Step 5
Contact your relevant Team Manager using the Contacts section to inform them that you would like to compete. .
