Course Testimony

The course was totally enlightening for me and definitely pointed a way

forward to achieving better results for my athletes.

The Tutors delivered a fascinating introduction to Strength and

Conditioning and the practical part of the weekend opened my eyes to the

demands that can be made of athletes.  They were interesting and

entertaining and backed up everything with scientific references for those

of us who wanted to check out the theories further.  Learning definitely

took place.

I loved their philosophy - Just do it.  I shall.
